There are many parents who are wary of having pets around their babies. Our pets love us unconditionally and more often than not that love for us transfers onto our babies too. Dogs not only serve as an extra guardian to the young but also make excellent companions for growing toddlers. Charlie, the beagle is proof of this fact.
Laura Olivia’s parents have a beagle called Charlie that helps in babysitting her. This dog has been taught among other things how to change traffic lights, play the keyboard and rock the baby’s crib. But the one thing that came naturally to Charlie was his love for Laura. He is always by her side and makes the perfect play companion for her. He is invaluable to Laura’s parents and helps bring a smile to her face every day.
