Rudy the horse was caught in a barbed wire fence on the side of the road in Oklahoma. He was trapped there for two days before anyone came along to help him out. Unfortunately this was not an accident. Rooney’s owner is a heartless and inhuman monster.
Rudy was rescued by Blaze’s Tribute Equine Rescue. In his two day-long ordeal stuck in the barbed wire Rudy had been mauled by some dogs. They had inflicted significant wounds to Rudy’s eyelids and face. To repair such extensive damage was going to cost quite a lot of money.
Rudy’s rescuers immediately started a crowdfunding campaign to get the money that they needed to pay for Rudy’s medical bills. Before too long they had everything that they needed. Turns out this story had a happy ending.
