Crikey! It’s The Irwins: Robert Gets To Head Jump A Croc For The First Time

When the staff at the Australia Zoo need to move Bosco the crocodile, Robert Irwin gets to head jump a croc for the first time. The maneuver is dangerous, difficult, but extremely essential to keeping Bosco safe.

For the Australia Zoo’s 50th anniversary, the crocodile environmental park is being renovated, which means moving all the animals so the work can take place. This includes Bosco, their giant saltwater crocodile.

In order to move him safely, the zoo staff needs to hold him down while they secure his mouth before transporting him to a temporary location while they renovate his enclosure. Robert Irwin leads a team of zoo staff in jumping onto the croc and keeping his body still.
