In the jungles of India, a herd of elephants projects the baby among them as they go to get water. Moving as one unit they travel across a road, down to the water, and back, always keeping the baby in the center.
Indian elephants are smaller than their African cousins, and have the highest body point on the head. The tip of their trunk has one finger-like process. The females are smaller than the males and have no tusks.
This particular family had a baby with them as they traveled through the jungle to get a drink of water. They moved as a unit, flowing through the trees as if they were connected to one body, with the baby always protected at the center.
