Many of us know exactly what it is like to have a sibling and experience sibling rivalry. While most parents don’t really show preference and have a favorite, siblings can always make it seem like they do – thus creating that rivalry. Dogs also experience such brotherly, and sisterly, competition as displayed by the two Great Dane brothers in our video below.
Dogs feel really jealous when their owners caress and love other dogs more than them, or even when they show attention to another human in some cases. Like children, dogs too throw tantrums to express their irritation to others. This is the same situation faced by these owners in the video. This Great Dane, Dinky, is unsatisfied with dad showing love and appreciation to his brother, Romeo (or RoRo) and what he does to express his emotion in just hilarious
Dinky the Great Dane is really upset because dad is only giving attention to his brother RoRo. He sits on the couch and tries to get dad to caress him too. However, when dad says, ‘No it’s Romeo’s turn to get love,’ Dinky just loses it. At first, he mildly irritates dad with his tantrum, but moments later, he just can’t take it and does the most hilarious thing ever.
I am so glad that mom was around to film this moment of rivalry between these two Great Dane brothers. This encounter was honestly ‘laugh out loud’ worthy.
