Dogs are instinctively very curious and social animals. There are plenty of stories about dogs leading their owners to surprising occurrences, however these five adorable basset hounds are such a sweet surprise. Gretchen Hoey is a YouTube user and has seem many cute dog videos on the site, so she knew when she saw this that she should record it. She went out to check on her dogs when she came across a sight that was so cute, she knew it would be a hit on YouTube. She ran to grab her camera, not planning to miss a second of this cutefest.
Are you familiar with the “clown car” concept? You know, it’s a tiny car, but clowns just keep piling out of it? Well, Hoey’s five basset hounds must have seen it on TV and are apparently intimately acquainted with the concept. Every single one of her dogs decided to cozy up into one tiny little dog house and the result is just too cute. The title of the clip says it all ” this is truly a ‘basset hound clown car’ and we love every second of it!
First Hoey decides to sneak out the window so she doesn’t wake up the napping puppies, but in the end they all end up waking up anyway. ‘It’s a clown car! Oh my gosh..’ says Gretchen, and then quickly counts each dog as they finally exit the doghouse.
