Peru is not one of the wealthiest in the world. However, that does not stop these people at a shelter in Peru ensure that animals that have been hit by cars have a life that they might not have otherwise.
Sarah runs this shelter, and at the time of this video, has 50 dogs under her care. Many of these poor dogs are amputees. She uses donations to pay for wheelchairs for the dogs without legs so that they can run, play, and enjoy their lives as they should.
Sadly, with so many dogs in her care at the moment, it’s difficult to find them permanent loving homes. These dogs have all been hit by cars, and many are left to die, and it’s time that their luck turned, and they are given loving homes with families that will dote on them and give them some happiness.
Sarah is just an extraordinary human working so hard to make sure these dogs not just have a home but are able to enjoy life to the fullest. Check out her story in the video we have posted today.
