There’s no denying that horses are one of the most majestic and amazing animal species on Earth. They have been our companions for millennia, and they have always amazed us with their strength, loyalty, and compassion. The video above is a perfect treat for every horse lover like myself, and even if you’re not a fan of them already, this video will probably convince you of the opposite. In the clip, we meet ‘big Jake’ , a famous horse who was officially recognized as the world’s tallest horse by the famous Guinness Records organization.
When you see him for yourself on video, you will no doubt be impressed by his stunning figure and stance. He’s 14 years old at the time of the video’s recording, and is of a breed known as Belgian Gelding. He’s almost 7 feet tall, and weighs over 2,600 pounds! His proud owner Jerry Gilbert was showing off his friend on a place called Smokey Hollow Fars, when this video was recorded. The place is located in Poynette, Wisconsin, and it’s a common place for horse showings. He’s as noble as a horse can be, and he has a very close relationship with Jerry.
