When these two unlikely besties first met at the Santuario Igualdad Interespecie located in Santiago, Chile, they both had just been rescued from incredibly heartbreaking scenarios. But it looks like their shared past only managed to make their bond stronger.
As Marina the kitten learned to soothe her piglet friend’s anxieties, Laura soon came to rely on her furry friend for comfort. Today they are so close that, when one has settled down for a snooze, the other can be found waiting patiently by their bedside until it’s time to get back up and play.
