Charming Dog Makes Friends With Worlds Largest Rodent

Dogs are the most common household pet and don’t have the nickname “Man’s best friend” for no reason. Canines have earned their reputation for being gentle, patient, and friendly animals over the past several years.

Dogs can quickly become friends with unlikely species like rabbits, ducks, pigs, and even guinea pigs. One curious pup became viral when he and his capybara best friend meet for the first time. It’s something that will have you glued to your screen.

In case you don’t already know, a capybara is the largest rodent in the world. Picture a guinea pig the size of a border collie; that’s a capybara. They’re usually found in the forests of South America and love to spend most of their time in the water.

Though they’re giant, these rodents are timid animals, and you can see that when this one meets a charming dog. The two give each other a lot of kisses and even share some playtime. We hope these cuties become lifelong friends.
