Boston PD SWAT Team Adopt Stray Cat And Build Her A Kitty Condo

You’ve no doubt heard before that humans don’t pick their kitty companions, the kitty chooses us. Well, the Boston Police Department SWAT Team is no exception. This precious calico stray started showing up daily at their headquarters, and before they even knew it, SWAT Cat (yup, that’s what they named her) became their mascot.

While SWAT Cat was fed and looked after by this team, and she welcomed them back from each call, she still had no intention of being an indoor cat. So, to keep their little treasure safe and warm in the cold Boston climate, they did what anyone would do – they built SWAT Cat her own kitty condo. With sliding doors, an outdoor entertainment area, and a studio layout, it is no wonder that SWAT Cat moved in immediately. What a neat project for this awesome team’s mascot.
