Sleeping babies are pretty cute, but sleeping puppies can be even cuter and much funnier. Watching this little pup sleep in a very unique way makes me want to get one of my own just so I can watch him take a nap. The following clip features a Golden Retriever who suddenly decided to take a nap, but he didn’t even bother to walk up to his bed. However, he has a very good reason for not bothering with a bed, and it will make you fall in love with him in an instant.
This clever pooch must have been hot, because in the video above, he realizes that the air conditioning vent is pointed directly at a certain spot, and he decides to fall asleep right then and there in this prime spot. He’s sleeps so deeply that he doesn’t even realize that his ears are flapping in the wind created by the air conditioning. It’s one of the funniest and most adorable puppy moments I’ve ever seen!
Lucky for us, this clever, or is it lazy, pup’s dad decided to capture this special moment on camera, and when you see it for yourself, you’ll be glad he did. There’s an old saying that goes ‘Let sleeping dogs lie’ , and in this case, it makes perfect sense.
