Dogs are known as man’s best friend and for a good reason. Without fail, these furry creatures have proven their loyalty and love for us time and time again. There are plenty of stories about dogs helping humans out in even the most surprising of ways. We can train them to assist with therapy and bomb detection, helping people of all kinds in many critical situations.
Dogs are undeniably intelligent, even able to help the visually impaired get from place to place safely. These animals always put their lives on the line to rescue those that are closest to them, and they can sense when danger is near. If there’s one family that knows all of this from experience, it’s the Feaser’s.
One night, the family was sleeping when their house caught on fire. When the firefighters arrived, they were able to save the mother and father of the household pretty easily, but their two children of two and four years old were still trapped inside the house, which was engulfed in flames.
Without hesitation, their heroic German Shepherd, Maxx, sprung to the rescue. Maxx was able to rescue his little humans right on time, leading the firefighters inside to where the children were stuck. They were brought outside away from the flames immediately and were taken to a nearby hospital.
It was discovered that they were a little bit injured, but they were expected to make a full recovery, all thanks to their furry hero. Maxx is doing just fine as well. The home was in pretty bad shape, but what matters is that everyone was safe and sound thanks to the bravery of an instinctive pooch. It’s truly amazing how much dogs are willing to risk in order to save the people they care about. Nothing beats loyalty like that. Be sure to watch this touching video we have posted just below!
