Today we are meeting Norbert. He is a quite small dog of mixed breed and is so precious I can’t even think of words to describe him. Norbert is a tiny little ball of fur – weighing in at only 3 pounds and barely reaching 7 inches tall.
Norbert is quite popular, both at home and in society in general. He even has a website where he has described himself as follows: “I’m a 3-lb registered therapy dog, author & philanthropist. I also give pretty good high-fives.” Yes, my friends, Norbert, is an author.
Norbert may seem like such a small, unassuming dog who may just live the pampered life. But think again. It turns out Norbert may be small, but he has a very big job. Norbert is, unsurprisingly, a therapy dog. He works with patients who are recovering from accidents or illnesses.
Given the cute sweet demeanor, no doubt, just being around this precious little guy is enough to lift anyone’s spirits. We only get a little glimpse of Norbert in the video below, but it is worth it. He really seems to love the cheese he is getting. Did you see how tiny the pieces are? I suppose our little guy can’t eat too much.
Norbert, as seen here, actually seems to smile when he is given his treat. His face literally brightens up, and looking at him is enough to melt the coldest of hearts. You will be in a happier mood just by watching this.
