Army Sergeant Jason Bos and his dog Celia aren’t your typical parent and pet pair. The duo served together in the United States Army as members of a bomb disposal team. They spent countless hours serving our country by locating bombs overseas.
When Jason left the army and returned to the states, he was forced to leave Celia behind. While he was glad to be back home with his family, he had an aching in his heart to be reunited with his beloved Celia.
When Celia retired, Jason jumped at the opportunity to take her in. This video shows us the day they reunite for the first time after years apart. This proves without a doubt how intense and special the bonds are between soldier and dog.
Don’t miss this very touching military reunion in the video below. Our canine buddies are always considered part of the family, but there is definitely another element to the bond between military dogs and their fellow soldiers. This video will have you smiling for the rest of the day.
