Youtuber Sean Williams puts together a 3-gallon nano tank, mesmerizing with the blend of music and calming images. The tank contains driftwood-mounted and substrate-placed plants, all completed on a small scale.
He first starts with a very complex substrate, combining gravel, small rocks, plant food and laterite to build up a foundation for his aquatic planting. Once the substrate is in, he fills the tank with only enough water to soak the rocks before beginning his planting.
His methodical placement of plants coupled with the smooth music track makes this video great to watch when you’re feeling stressed out. It’s like watching someone else rake a zen garden, only soggier.
