Formerly Homeless Kitten Prefers Warm Laps Over Lonely Streets

Two-month-old kitten Milk Dud – Dudley – was emaciated and scruffy from homelessness when he entered a humane trap to partake of the tasty sustenance inside. Little did he know when he went after that morsel of food that his life was about to improve significantly.

Orlando, Florida foster volunteer Lisa Krakosky learned of an adorable tuxedo kitten in need of a foster home, and she took him in without hesitation. In no time at all, the dirty and unkempt kitten was clean and sleek, with a tummy full of food and a cozy bed in which to snuggle up.

The little feline boy soon discovered the best part of indoor living: Human laps. Within a few days of living in Lisa’s home, little Dudley learned to claim her lap at every opportunity. Lisa was unable to sit without an adorable tuxedo kitten nestled in her lap, purring, and making biscuits.

The once-hungry kitten flourished under Lisa’s care and love. While most kittens his age want mostly to play and be rambunctious, Dudley only wants to snuggle in a lap, receiving the love he was always destined to receive. According to Lisa, the ideal forever home for this sweet tuxedo kitten will be one where he has plenty of opportunities to express his abundant love, with people who provide ample affection and spent extensive time at home. Dudley needs to cuddle.
