Facing your fears is an important part of life. Everyone is afraid of something. Some are afraid of relinquishing control, they are afraid that they have no control over their lives, so they do everything in their power to exert that sense of control on others around them. Some people are afraid of sharks falling out of the sky while they swim, because they saw Deep Blue Sea when they were a bit too young. Different strokes for different folks, fears come in all shapes and sizes.
Sometimes, it may not be the fear that stops you. It’s the apprehension that you may fail in your endeavor. That you will fall short and have nothing to show for your attempts. However, when it comes to situations like these, most people just need a little push- not literally. There are many different instances where all that’s needed is some positivity, a little glimmering ray of hope to let them not only gain the confidence to conquer the task ahead, but also the follow through to roll right into the next task with a brand-new sense of determination.
