It Took Five Days To Rescue Powder The Cat From A 50-Foot Tree She Ran Up After A Storm

Powder is a cat that is very scared. This darling cat spent the better part of 5 days stuck at the very top of a thin branch on a 50-foot tall pine tree. Somehow she had made her way up the tree but was too terrified to get down on her own.

As it happens, there was a terrible storm one evening, and Powder sneaked out of her home through a tear in a window screen. It then appears that, probably after a crack of thunder, Powder ran up a giant pine tree. The next day, Powder’s parents were searching for her, but to no avail.

Finally, several days later, they heard mewing and managed to locate her at the edge of the branch up the tree. Astounded at how high she was, and knowing they couldn’t get her themselves, they went on the hunt for help.

Calling animal rescue services and the fire department for advice, they eventually turned to the internet. There they find the man in the video who drives incredible distances to get this rescue started. By the time he arrived, Powder had been in the tree for the better part of five days.

Taking nearly twenty minutes to get to the top of the tree, this rescuer shows the most incredible patience as he tries to lure the terrified and very hungry cat down. You don’t want to miss this rescue in the video below. My daughter watched it with me, and we were on the edge of our seats until the end.
