It is always very uplifting to read about selfless, kind actions. Sometimes we hear awesome stories of accidental heroes. The heroes that just happen to be in the right place at the right time and have no hesitation helping out – be it for animals or humans.
For this dog that was about to drown in a Romanian river, luck was on his side when he received help from one anonymous hero that jumped to his rescue. The dog was unable to get out of the water and was, for all purposes, trapped; this kind stranger purposely walked down to the bank of the river, pulled the dog by the scruff of his neck, and saved him from drowning.
Once safe and free, the dog immediately shows his infinite gratitude towards this human that gave him a helping hand. He runs around the man running around and barking. It’s the best way to express his happiness; I am sure the kind stranger was able to appreciate the dog’s message.

This is a really neat story, and I just love the excitement and thanks to that the dog displays, rather than just running off. Those guys definitely slept with a light heart that night.
