Sam found a tiny puppy on a beach in Sri Lanka and named her Sandy. The 6-week-old pup was abandoned and seen sitting on a beach chair enjoying the sun.
Sandy was a peanut to Sam, and Sam wasn’t sure about taking her at first because she had never had a dog before. Also, she was only staying for a few months in Sri Lanka.
The original plan was to foster Sandy, but Sam could not let her go. She said that Sandy was the cutest thing. Sandy was small enough to fit inside Sam’s purse.
Sam carried Sandy with her everywhere; Sandy loved it when they rode on a scooter. From Sri Lanka, they flew together to Kosovo. Sam was stressed at first because she had never traveled with a pet before.
She was relieved when Sandy acted surprisingly chill and calm during the entire trip. Sandy became a well-traveled dog and went with her all over the world.
After Kosovo, they visited Albania and Serbia. Sandy got to see so many new places, but her favorite place by far was Mexico. Whenever they go somewhere, they also have to pass by a beach.
Sandy grew up and was found by the beach. She has a special connection with it, and it is her favorite place. Sam loves to take her to the shore every time and couldn’t imagine life without her.
