Kaitlin adopted her neighbor’s outside cat, Larry, after he kept following her home. It started when Larry greeted Kaitlin from across the street and walked up to her.
Larry would be meowing as soon as he saw her. He was very persuasive that Kaitlin should be his friend. She knew that he belonged to a neighbor of hers.
There was no denying that Kaitlin was excited because Larry had grown attached to her. When she opened the door, he constantly tried to sneak into her car or go into her home.
Suddenly one day, Kaitlin’s husband saw Larry on the porch and knew something was wrong. Larry was not moving, so they took him to the vet. Apparently, he had been hit by a car.
After taking him to be treated, Kaitlin called her neighbor to ask them if she could adopt Larry and make him an indoor cat. They agreed with her idea and let Larry move into a new home.
Kaitlin was overjoyed to bring Larry inside her home as he had always wanted. She was happy he made it, and her dog, Blue, loved Larry from the very beginning.
Larry likes to sneak out back and has started to be trained with a leash and harness. Ever since Kaitlin adopted him, she has been rescuing more cats.
