Catit Flower Fountain has a flower design and is the most affordable fountain. The plastic pieces stack, and it has a carbon filter that needs replacing quite often.
For a more hygienic option, the Pioneer Pet Raindrop is made out of stainless steel. It is easy to clean and maintain with only one filter inside of it.
The Petsafe Drinkwell is the most enormous fountain, and it is for large pet families that need a lot of drinking water. Mallory describes it as cumbersome, rickety, and flimsy.
Cat Mate Pet Fountain is the most compact and affordable water fountain. It is flexible, solid, and easy to assemble. With three drinking areas, your pets will have good options to choose from.
After testing all the fountains, Mallory’s favorite one is the Petkit Eversweet 2. Thanks to its great features, it is incredibly cost-efficient and energy-efficient. But different homes may find another fountain that is better suited to their needs.
