Ava was an extremely sick puppy who transformed into a queen after months of gentle care and love. She was around a month old when she was rescued.
The vet saw her entire body was covered in mange, and Ava had a disability on both of her hind legs. She had a blood infection, and her kidney and liver weren’t working correctly.
After a few days of treatment, her skin got better, and she was more playful. Ava has the spirit of a fighter and walks even if she has a hard time.
For a few months, Ava stayed at the animal hospital until her skin got better. By her 49th day of recovery, she was growing, and her coat was soft and silky.
Ava has lots of playmates, and she loves to play fetch. She is very friendly and lovable. Everyone who meets her falls in love right away.
On day 65, Ava was recovering from surgery on her right hind leg. She had a splint, but it didn’t bother her at all. Her caretakers had to keep her from jumping and running around too much.
Two hundred forty-five days later, Ava looked nothing like the sick puppy they had found. She transformed into a happy, healthy dog with no traces of mange or sickness.
