Claudia rescued Violet the kitten and didn’t realize until she brought him home how sick he actually was. She sprung into action and did everything in her power to help Violet recover.
Violet’s previous owners didn’t seem to know how to take care of him, so they probably dumped him where Claudia found him. His eyes were not in a good state, and he was malnourished.
The tiny kitten wanted to sleep, eat, and relax. From the very beginning, Violet was already incredibly sweet. Claudia says that he had the most precious personality.
On the second day, he was drinking and eating well. He still had mange on him by day four, but he was feeling a lot better. Violet was thriving, and Claudia wanted to introduce him to everyone.
Chapo, the Pit Bull, was the one who connected with Violet the most. Claudia was worried about how Violet would react to Chapo, and she was relieved when Violet snuggled up to him.
Violet and Chapo loved to play and sleep together. When Violet contracted a severe upper respiration infection, Chapo was concerned. He didn’t play with her like usual and never left her side.
Chapo acted as a great nurse and mom towards Violet. Claudia believes that every kitten should have a mother to look up to, and Chapo has been that great role model for Violet.
